标准三联疗法与序贯疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性胃炎的疗效比较

Comparative Study on Standard Triple Therapy and Sequential Therapy in Treatment of Helicobacter Pylori Positive Chronic Gastritis

目的:探讨标准三联疗法与序贯疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(helicobacterpylori,Hp)阳性慢性胃炎的疗效。方法:选取2013年7月—2016年7月重庆市北碚中医院收治的Hp阳性慢性胃炎患者200例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组100例。对照组患者给予标准三联疗法治疗,观察组患者给予序贯疗法治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组患者Hp根除率、总有效率分别为87.0%(87/100)、94.0%(94/100),明显高于对照组的69.0%(69/100)、81.0%(81/100),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者胃痛、腹胀、嗳气等症状改善率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用序贯疗法治疗Hp阳性慢性胃炎的疗效显著,Hp根除率较高,不良反应较少。

OBJECTIVE ： To probe into the efficacy of standard triple therapy and sequential therapy in treatment of Helicobacter pylori （Hp） positive chronic gastritis. METHODS ： 200 patients with Hp positive chronic gastritis admitted into Chongqing Beibei Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from Jul. 2013 to Jul. 2016 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table, with 100 cases in each. The control group was given standard triple therapy, while the observation group received sequential therapy. The clinical efficacy of two groups were compared. RESULTS： The eradication rate of Hp, total effective rate of observation group was 87.0% （87/100）, 94.0% （94/100）, significantly higher than those of control group [69.0% （69/100）, 81.0% （81/ 100） ], with statistically significant difference （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The symptoms improvement rate of stomachache, abdominal distension, belching in observation group were significantly higher than those of control group, with statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no statistical significance between two groups in the incidence of adverse drug reactions（P 〉 0.05）. CONCLUSIONS ： The efficacy of sequential therapy in treatment of Hp positive chronic gastritis is significant with high eradication rate of I-Ip and few adverse druz reactions.
