Comment and Analysis on 1200 Prescriptions of Chinese Patent Medicine in Department of Pediatric

目的:了解航天中心医院(以下简称"我院")儿科中成药的用药特点与趋势,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:从我院美康系统抽取2016年门、急诊儿科中成药处方,每月抽取100张,共抽取1 200张进行处方点评。结果:1 200张处方中,不合理处方118张(占9.83%)。不合理处方类型包括不规范处方(21张,占1.75%)、用药不适宜处方(58张,占4.83%)、超常处方(54张,占4.50%)。用药不适宜处方类型包括适应证不适宜、联合用药不适宜、重复给药。超常处方类型包括无适应证用药、无正当理由超说明书用药。结论:儿科中成药应用方面存在一定问题,医师在诊疗过程中要辨证论治,病、证、药相结合,加强临床中成药的合理应用。

OBJECTIVE ：To investigate the characteristics and tendencies of Chinese patent medicine application in department of pediatric in Aerospace Center Hospital （ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂ ）. METHODS ： 100 outpatients and emergency prescriptions of Chinese patent medicine each month were systematically extracted in 2016, 1 200 prescriptions in total were commented and analyzed. RESULTS： Of 1 200 prescriptions, there were 118 irrational prescriptions （9.83%）, which included 21 non-standard prescriptions （ 1.75% ）, 58 improper medication prescriptions （ 4. 83% ） and 54 abnormal prescriptions （ 4.50% ）. Improper medication prescriptions included improper indications, improper combined medication and repeated dosing. Abnormal prescriptions included non- indication medication and off-label medication without justified reasons. CONCLUSIONS： Application of Chinese patent medicine in department of pediatric needed to be paid attention, physicians should carry out treatment based on syndrome differentiation, so as to reinforce the rational application of Chinese patent medicine.
