摘要
碳捕集电厂可以通过降低碳捕集水平,将原本用于捕集CO2的能量快速、实时地释放出来以提供备用服务。文中对具有灵活运行能力的碳捕集机组,建立了已知能量市场和容量市场中标量后,以在备用市场、能量市场及碳排放市场等多个市场的综合效益最大为目标的碳捕集水平优化决策模型。模型计及了备用被调用的随机性并采用详细的机组成本模型,可以确定碳捕集机组在备用被调用与备用不被调用两种情况下的最优碳捕集水平和所需预留的备用容量。通过实际算例验证了优化的效果,并分析了碳价、机组特性、能量市场中标量及备用市场中标量等对碳捕集策略及备用服务策略的影响。
The carbon capture power plant under flexible operation can provide reserve service by reducing its carbon capture operation power to supply energy to the power grid.A carbon capture power decision model is proposed for carbon capture power plant under flexible operation to maximize the comprehensive revenue in reserve,energy and carbon emission market.By taking the randomness of reserve dispatch and the quadratic generating cost into account,the decision model can calculate the optimal output power of the carbon capture system in both cases whether the reserve is dispatched or not and the prepared reserve capacity.The effects of optimization are verified by cases in point with an analysis of the influences of the carbon price,generators’characteristics and the output of energy and reserve market on the generator’s decision of reserve service and carbon capture.
