青年女性三阴乳腺癌的MRI表现

MRI characteristics of triple negative breast cancer in young women

目的:探讨青年女性(年龄<35岁)三阴乳腺癌的MRI特征。方法:搜集病理及免疫组化证实为女性三阴乳腺癌患者(<35岁)16例术前MRI检查资料,分析MRI征象。结果:16例病灶均为肿块型,其中11例为单发病灶,5例为多发病灶;圆形3例,椭圆形7例,不规则形6例;4例边缘光整,10例边缘不规则,2例边缘见毛刺;不均匀强化10例,边缘强化6例;平扫T2WI图像等信号3例,稍高信号9例,高信号4例;DWI 16例均为高信号,其中5例为环形高信号;平扫T2WI图像上7例可见明显高信号;TIC曲线:Ⅱ型9例,Ⅲ型7例。结论:青年女性三阴乳腺癌的MRI表现有一定特征性。

Objective：To evaluate the MRI characteristics of triple negative breast cancer in young women （age 35）. Methods：Preoperative MRI data of triple negative breast cancer in 16 young women （age 〈35 years） confirmed by pathology and immunohistochemistry were collected and analyzed. Results：There were mass-like lesions in all 16 cases. There was single lesion in 11 cases and multiple lesions in 5 cases. The lesions were round in 3 cases,oval in 7 cases and irregular in 6 cases. The margins were well-defined in 4 cases,irregular in 10 cases and spiculated in 2 cases. After contrast injection, there was heterogeneous enhancement in 10 cases and rim enhancement in 6 cases. On T2WI,3 cases showed equal signal intensity, 9 cases showed slightly high signal intensity and 4 cases showed high signal intensity. All 16 cases showed high signal intensity on DWI and 5 of 16 cases showed ring-like high intensity. On TIC curve,it showed type IT in 9 cases and Type Ⅲ in 7 cases. Conclusion：There are cerain MRI characteristics in triple negative breast cancer of young women.
