摘要
提出一种基于楔形腔结构的光纤光栅(FBG)位移传感器设计方法,制作了具有结构简单、体积小、测量精度可调节和抗电磁干扰等优点的FBG位移传感器。通过对制作的FBG位移传感器进行标定实验,得出传感器的灵敏度系数为13.77pm/mm,相关系数达到了0.99,线性度良好。在钢筋混凝土柱双向偏心受压试验中,与电类位移计的测量结果对比表明,本文制作的FBG位移传感器测量结果准确,实用性强,适用于工程结构长期的位移监测。
Conventional method of displacement monitoring has some limitations,so this paper presents a new fiber Bragg grating (FBG) displacement sensor based on wedge cavity structure. The new FBG dis- placement sensor has the advantages of simple structure, small size, anti-electromagnetic interference and the adjustable measurement accuracy. Calibration of the FBG displacement sensor is carried out. The re- sults show that the sensitivity of this sensor is 13.77 pm/mm,the correlation coefficient is up to 0.99 and the linearity is good. The FBG displacement sensor is used in test of reinforced concrete column un- der biaxial eccentric loads. The monitoring results of the FBG displacement sensor are compared with those of the traditional electric displacement meter,proving the FBG displacement sensor has good accu- racy. It is suitable for long-term project structure monitoring.
