摘要
甲醛和苯系物是室内空气主要污染物,对人体有致癌作用,严重危害人体健康。主要研究了活性包埋菌对室内空气中甲醛和苯系物的净化性能。选用两种不同的活性包埋菌,对其表面官能团、表面形貌进行了表征。采用液相衍生、气相顶空的方法评估了其对甲醛和苯系物的吸附降解性能。结果表明,活性包埋菌对甲醛和苯系物的降解能力主要取决于载体对包埋菌的生物相容性、载体亲水性及对污染物的生物耐受性。此外,在净化前期要充分驯化活性包埋菌,使其达到最佳状态。
Formaldehyde and benzene compounds are the main pollutants in indoor air, which have carcinogenic effects on human body and seriously endanger people's health. The purification of formaldehyde and benzene compounds in indoor air by active immobilized bacteria was studied. Two kinds of active immobilized bacteria were chosen, and their surfaee functional groups and surface morphology were characterized. The adsorption and degradation properties of formaldehyde and benzene compounds were evaluated by means of HPLC derived method and HS-GC test method. Results showed that the degradation ability of active immobilized bacteria to formaldehyde and benzene compounds mainly depended on the bio-compatibility between the carriers and active immobilized bacteria, carriers' hydro-philicity and the bacteria's biological tolerance. In addition, thorough domesticate the active immobilized bacteria to the best state during the early stage of purification was a crucial factor.
