Study on Distillation Process of Acetic Acid Production

某公司生产助剂醋酸酯,副产醋酸,因醋酸质量分数较低不能满足产品要求,为了提高醋酸产品的附加值,采用精馏塔对醋酸进行浓缩提纯,并探讨了回流比、理论塔板数对精馏过程的影响。

A company produces additive acetate, and the by-product is acetic acid. Because the cot, tent of acetic. acid is low and can not meet the requirements of direct use. In order to increase the added value, the distillation column is used to concentrate the acetic acid. The influences of reflux ratio and theoretical plate number on the distillation process are also discussed.
