From "Cement Forest" to "Ecological Home"——The combination of air garden and high-rise housing

在城市高密度发展的背景下,空中花园是改善城市居住环境,丰富高层建筑形态和提升居民社区感的有效方式。文章总结了空中花园与高层住宅结合的3种典型类型:实现人们在高密度城市中别墅梦的"人造场地"、创造多元住宅形态的"倾斜退台"和增进社区居民交往的"花园廊桥"。通过对这3种结合形式发展历程和项目实践的分析与回顾,为创造生态化和品质化的高层住宅提供参考。

In the context of the high density development of city, the air garden is an effective way to improve the urban living environment; enrich the high-rise building form; and enhance the residential community feeling. This paper summarizes the three typical forms of combination of air garden and high-rise housing： the ＂artificial site＂ that realizes people＇s villa dream in the high-density city; the ＂slanting balcony＂ that creates the multiple - elements housing form; and the ＂garden corridor＂ that enhances the communication among the residents of community. Through the analysis and review of these three forms＇ development history and project practice, we can provide reference for the creation of ecological and high quality housing.
