摘要
受软土地基变形、相邻新建工程施工等影响,既有建筑可能会产生不均匀沉降从而影响结构安全,需要进行沉降变形监测。本文首先分析了既有建筑沉降监测中常用的人工水准监测、静力水准仪自动化监测、测量机器人自动化监测三种方法的监测原理及优缺点,结合既有建筑变形监测的特殊性,提出了一种监测手段或多种监测手段相结合的既有建筑绝对沉降自动化远程监测方法。
Due to the influence of soft soil foundation deformation, and the construction of adjacent new projects, existing buildings may produce uneven settlement and thus affect structural safety, so the settlement and deformation need to be monitored. This paper first analyzes the monitoring principle, advantages and disadvantages of three methods including manual monitoring, static level gauge monitoring and automatic monitoring by measurement robot, which are commonly used in existing building's settlement monitoring. Based on the particularity of existing building's deformation monitoring, it proposes a remote automatic monitoring method for the monitoring of existing building's absolute settlement, such method combines one or more monitoring methods.
