摘要
上海某小区地下室出现上浮现象,最大上浮量为270mm,导致上浮区域混凝土构件存在开裂现象。通过现场检测,分析地下室上浮原因——桩内填芯长度不足或缺失,是导致抗拔桩抗浮失效、地下室上浮的主要、直接原因,并提出相应建议。
The basement of one community in Shanghai has floating phenomenon, the maximum floating height is 270mm, which results the cracking of concrete components in the floating area. The site inspection and analysis identified the causes of basement floating - the shortage or lack of pile core is the main reason for the failure of anti- floating pile and floating of basement, then paper proposes the corresponding suggests.
