文章以某大型深基坑开挖施工为例,对比检测相邻房屋施工前后的损坏情况。综合受检房屋的长期沉降监测数据,分析基坑开挖对相邻建筑物不均匀沉降的影响和对上部建筑结构的损坏规律。

Take the excavation of a large deep foundation pit as example, this paper compares the damage ot adjacent houses before and after the construction. Based on the long - term settlement monitoring data of the affected houses, paper analyzes the deep foundation pit＇s influence over the uneven settlement of adjacent buildings; and the damage regularity of upper building structure.
