摘要
非开挖钻杆管端存在内部变径区,传统的无损检测方式难以准确检测出该区域缺陷,故目前多为人工手持内窥镜检测,检测效率极低。为解决该区域内部缺陷检测效率低的问题,通过分析非开挖钻杆结构的特殊性,提出了采用成像技术获取管端内变径区图像的方法,设计了一套内成像检测装置,实现了内部图像的自动获取,便于检测人员对该部位进行检测。现场应用结果表明:该装置能清晰、快速的获取内部图像,大幅度提高了检测效率并降低了漏检率。
Trenchless drill pipe has an internal variable diameter area in the pipe end . Traditional ways of nondestructive testing cannot accurately detect the defects in the internal variable diameter area. At present, this area is detected by artificial detection using hand-held endoscope, Therefore, research and development of automatic detection system in this arae are of great significance. In order to solve the problem of detection of internal variable diameter in pipe end zone, a defect detection method of trenchless drill pipe which using ecd imaging was brought forward and the automatic imaging detection device for internal variable diameter pipe end zone of trenchless drill pipe was researched and producted after analyzing the trueture of trenchless drill pipe and the type of defect. So as to realize the automatic access to internal images. The research results show that the system can better access to the internal image, greatly improve the test efficiency and reduce the artificial miss rate.
