摘要
为得到精确的驾驶室疲劳寿命结果,利用Adams软件建立车架—驾驶室多体模型,其中悬置系统刚度由试验测得,根据道路试验测得的载荷谱与建立的多体模型通过虚拟迭代得到施加在车架上的激励载荷谱,然后通过载荷分解方法得到驾驶室悬置处载荷谱,用n Code软件将驾驶室悬置载荷谱带入驾驶室疲劳分析模型,最终计算得到驾驶室疲劳寿命。
In order to obtain accurate cab fatigue life, Using Adams software to establish frame-Cab multi body models, the suspension system stiffness characteristic curve was measured by the test, According to the load spech'um measured by the road test and the establishment of the multi-body model, the excitation load spectrum of the frame is obtained by virtual iteration method. Then, the load spectrum of the cab suspension is obtained by the load decomposition method. The cab suspension load spectrum is brought into the fatigue analysis model of the cab with the nCode software. Finally, the fatigue life of cab is calculated.
