摘要
结构优化用传统的设计方法通常会遇到计算量太大的困难。现以桁架结构形状优化为例,搭建了桁架实物模型,利用ANSYS进行仿真可以减少实验消耗并简化实验操作,应用响应面法可以有效减少试验次数,而再次利用以往经验数据更可以简化响应面法寻找路径的过程,最后进行数学建模,通过MINITAB求出以位移为约束,以质量为目标函数的最优解。设计计算结果表明,对于结构设计这类问题特别是在已有传统经验的基础上,响应面优化设计具有很好的应用价值。
The traditional design method for structure optimization always needs too much calculation. This paper takes truss structure optimization as an example, using ANSYS model to reduce the experiment number and cost and also simplified the operation. Meanwhile, response surface methodology can also reduce the number of the experiment, use empirical data can further simplify the response surface methodology and finally applying mathematical model and MINITAB to calculate the displacement and mass as the optimum solution. The design results indicate that response surface methodology is suitable for structure design, especially for the designs which already has traditional empirical data.
