摘要
采用超声波辅助提取金刚藤白藜芦醇,得到粗提物,再利用硅胶柱层析对粗提物进行纯化,然后通过白藜芦醇对油脂抗氧化及对羟基自由基、超氧阴离子自由基的清除效果,研究金刚藤白藜芦醇的抗氧化活性。结果表明:从金刚藤中提取白藜芦醇的得率为2.36%;金刚藤白藜芦醇具有较强的抗油脂氧化和清除自由基的能力,当金刚藤白藜芦醇质量浓度为8 mg/mL时,对羟基自由基和超氧阴离子自由基的清除率分别为71.91%和75.14%;提取物经过纯化后,抗氧化活性明显增强。
The crude resveratrol extract was obtained from Smilax china L. by ultrasound - assisted extraction and it was purified by silica gel column chromatography. The antioxidant activity of esveratrol was evaluated by researching the antioxidant effect of resveratro1 on oil and the scavenging effect of resveratro1 on superoxide anion radical and hydroxyl radical. The results showed that the yield of resveratrol extracted from Smilax china L. was 2.36%. And resveratro1 from Smilax china L. had stronger antioxidant effect on oil and free radical - scavenging capacity. When the mass concentration of resveratrol from Smi- lax china L. was 8 mg/mL, the scavenging rates on hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion radical were 71.91% and 75.14% respectively. Moreover, the antioxidant activity of the extract improved apparently after purification.
