摘要
文冠果果仁经破碎并与海砂一起研磨后,用石油醚进行抽提,而后用旋转蒸发除尽石油醚来提取文冠果果仁油。结果表明,实验方法的精密度、准确度和耐用性均满足实验要求。文冠果果仁油中饱和脂肪酸与单不饱和脂肪酸、多不饱和脂肪酸比例为0.16∶0.99∶1,有益人体健康;碳链长度集中在C_(16)~C_(18)之间,与石化柴油主要成分的碳链长度接近,适宜制备生物柴油。
Broken Xartthoceras sorbifolia Bunge. seed kernel was grinded with sand, then the oil was extracted by petroleum ether. Rotary evaporation was used to remove all of the petroleum ether. The results showed that the precision, accuracy and durability could meet the requirements of the experiment. The ratio of saturated fatty acid to monounsaturated fatty acid to polyunsaturated fatty acid was 0. 16: 0.99: 1, which meant that the oil was beneficial to human health. The carbon numbers of the fatty acids were mainly from 16 to 18, close to petroleum diesel, which meant that the oil could be used to prepare biodiesel.
