摘要 在阀厅内部各种介质中,除了空气、支柱绝缘子等绝缘介质,以及金具等导体介质外,在阀塔避雷器内部还存在有半导体介质。半导体介质的电阻率介于绝缘和导体之间,由于其材料特殊性,需单独进行分析。从弛豫时间,传导、位移电流等方面,对阀塔内部避雷器的电场分布特性进行了分析,并根据分析结果,提出了针对阀塔避雷器的恒定电场-静电场耦合计算方法。 There is semiconductor media in various media inside the valve hall, in addition to the insulating medium such as air, post insulator, as well as the conductor medium such as hardware. The resistivity of semiconductor medium is between conductor and insulation, due to its material characteristics, analysis should be carried out separately. The electric field distribution characteristics of the lightning arrester inside valve tower are analyzed from the aspects of relaxation time, conduction and displacement current, etc. According the discussion result, constant electric field- electrostatic field coupling method is proposed for the valve tower arrests.
