摘要
以黑龙江地区典型配电线路为研究对象,采用ATP-EMTP对配电线路杆塔进行仿真分析,发现杆塔耐雷水平随接地电阻的升高而降低;提高线路绝缘水平对于线路防雷性能有直接而且明显的提升;避雷器对于裸导线和绝缘导线的耐雷水平提升均在90%以上;最后,以雷击跳闸次数为指标,对典型配电线路进行了雷害风险评估,并依据评估结果,制定了针对性的防雷方案:对雷害风险在C级的13基杆塔,加装避雷器;对雷害风险在B级的34基杆塔,更换接地模块来改善接地电阻;对于雷害风险在A级的其余杆塔,在日常巡视中多加注意。
10 kV distribution line is a very important portion of the power system.The accident because of lightning impulse takes quite a large proportion in the accidents of distribution lines. So it is necessary to make further research on the distribution lines, direction protect methods should be advanced to improve the power supply reliability of distribution lines. By taking 10 kV distribution lines in Heilongjiang as the research object, the situation of the line was analyses. By using ATP-EMTP, the lightning withstand level of tower reduce with the exaltation of resistance and improve palpable with the improvement of the insulation; the lightning withstand level of lines could be improved 90% after using lightning arrester; the risk level of lightning impulse of the line is evaluated, depend on which the lighting protection measures are advanced: For the lightning risk in the 13 base tower C grade, should install lightning arrester; risk in the 34 base tower B grade, should replace the grounding module to improve the grounding resistance; risk in the rest of tower A grade, should pay more attention to in daily inspections.
