摘要
海航豪庭1#SOHO办公和酒店楼主体结构总高度134.650m,室内外高差1.200m,是存在竖向刚度突变的超高层结构。本工程采用框架-核心筒结构体系,为提高结构整体刚度并提高结构抗震性能,在11,23层设置了BRB防屈曲支撑,在X向(平面短向)的10~34层、Y向(平面长向)的6~23层设置了MD阻尼器。根据工程特点,采取了相应的超限技术措施。弹性计算分析表明,工程各项计算指标较理想,整体设计满足规范要求。弹塑性时程分析表明,结构具有良好的抗震性能,防屈曲支撑和MD阻尼器有效发挥了作用。设计中的SRC柱(墙)与SRC梁连接节点构造可为以后工程的设计提供参考。
The main structural total height of I#SOHO Office & Hotel of HNA Palace Mansion is 134. 650m with an indoor and outdoor height difference of 1. 200m. It is a super high-rise structure with vertical stiffness mutation. The project adopts frame-corewall structural system. In order to improve the overall stiffness and seismic performance of the structure, buckling restrained braces are set in the 11^th and 23ra story, and MD dampers are set in the 10^th -34^th layers in X-directlon (planar width-direction) and in 6^th - 23^rd layers in Y-direction (planar length direction). According to the project characteristics, the corresponding out-of-code technical measures were taken. The elastic calculation analysis shows that the calculation indices of the project are ideal, and the whole design satisfies the requirements of the specifications. The elasto-plastic time-history analysis shows that the structure has good seismic performance, and the buckling restrained braces and MD dampers are effective. The design of connection joint structures of SRC column (wall) and SRC beam can provide reference for the future project design.
