超高层结构竖向压缩变形对单元式幕墙设计影响 被引量:2

摘要 超高层结构竖向压缩变形不可忽视,其主体结构层间竖向压缩变形差可能对单元式幕墙节点的竖向变形间隙预留设计产生影响。以超高层工程项目为背景进行施工模拟计算,分析不同楼层区段幕墙构件安装完成后的层间竖向压缩变形差值,计算时考虑竖向荷载、混凝土收缩和徐变等因素的影响;考察各种因素的影响比例;比较不同高度超高层建筑的层间竖向压缩变形值对幕墙设计的影响。结果表明,超高层建筑竖向压缩变形值的增大一般不会造成超高层建筑幕墙的竖向变形预留间隙不足的问题。 The vertical compression deformation of super high-rise buildings should not be ignored. The vertical compression deformation difference between stories of the main structures may affect the design of the gap reserved for vertical deformation of the frame supported curtain wall assembled in prefabricated units. Based on the construction simulation of the super high-rise buildings, the vertical compression deformation difference between stories in different zones after curtain wall installation was analyzed, and vertical loads, shrinkage and creep were taken into account in the calculation. The influence ratios of different factors were researched. And the influence of vertical compression deformation difference between stories on the curtain wall of super high-rise buildings with different heights was compared. Results show that the increase of the vertical compression deformation value of the super high-rise buildings generally does not cause the problem of the insufficient gap reserved for vertical deformation of the curtain wall of the super high-rise buildings.
