摘要
乐清体育中心体育馆屋盖体系采用新颖的刚性屋面索桁结构,该杂交空间结构由刚性单层网格壳体和柔性空间索桁体系组成,可称之为索桁式弦支结构。单层网格壳体矢跨比约为1/21,为改善结构性能,其几何经找形分析确定;柔性空间索桁体系经形态分析确定几何构形和预应力分布。结构计算时考虑几何非线性的影响,对所有组合工况均进行计算,而非仅计算若干单工况再进行效应组合。动力特性分析以及稳定性分析表明,结构刚度分布合理,承载力储备较高,杆件与节点设计满足规范要求。
A novel cable-truss structure with rigid roof system is adopted in the roof structure of Gymnasium of Yueqing Sports Center. This hybrid spatial structure was composed of rigid single-layer latticed shell and flexible spatial cable-truss system, so it is regarded as suspended system with cable-truss. The span ratio of single-layer latticed shell is about 1/21. In order to improve the structural performance, geometry analysis was carried out to the rigid shell. The geometric configuration and the pretension force distribution of the flexible system were determined by morphology analysis. Considering the geometric nonlinear effects, all load combinations were calculated, rather than combining the effects of only several single load cases. Dynamic performance analysis and stability analysis show that the structural stiffness distribution is reasonable and the bearing capacity is sufficient. Members and joints design can also meet the specification's requirements.
