摘要
湄潭体育场看台罩棚为茶叶形自由曲面,罩棚采用空间管桁架结构,通过树形支撑与下部混凝土看台相连。采用参数化方法来提高自由曲面结构的建模效率,对关键节点和杆件进行精细化建模并建立多尺度计算模型,同下部混凝土结构进行总装分析。分析结果表明,对组合结构进行总装分析可以合理考虑下部混凝土结构对上部钢结构的弹性约束;多尺度模型权衡了分析结果的精度和计算消耗的时间,弥补了宏观模型分析忽略关键节点尺寸效应的不足,能够对关键节点进行精细化分析,使节点的受力分析结果更为真实。
Meitan Grandstand Roof is a free-form surface, which looks like the tea leaf. Space-tube-truss is used in the roof strueture and connects with the concrete stand by tree-like struts. Parametric modeling method was adopted to improve modeling efficiency. A multiscale model was built for refined key joints and trusses. The whole structural analysis of space-tube-truss and concrete stand was also carried out. The results show that the elastic constraint of the concrete structure to the steel structure can be rationally considered in the steel-concrete composite structure by the whole structural analysis. The muhiseale model can finely weigh the computational accuracy and computing time and cover the shortage of the macro model analysis ignoring the key node size effect,which can carry on the fine analysis of key nodes and make the stress state of the joints more real.
