摘要 以特色林业食品人才培养为目标,企业人才需求为导向,对地方林业院校食品科学与工程专业教学体系、教学内容、培养方式进行探索与实践,强化了林业在我校食品科学与工程专业中的优势与特色。通过调整课程体系、改革教学大纲,优化教学内容,改革实践教学方式,改革教学方法,大学生创新项目计划,导师制人才培养等方式,培养学生学习能力、实践能力、思考能力、创新能力,促进学生知识、能力、素质的综合提高。通过探索与实践,培养了具有大批林业特色的食品专业人才,就业率和毕业了都有明显提高。 For purpose of cultivating the characteristic forestry food Talents, and according to enterprise talent demand- oriented, teaching system, teaching content and cultivation methods were explored and practiced for food science and engineering in the local forestry colleges and universities. The advantages and characteristics of forestry were strengthened for food science and engineering in southwest forestry university by these ways. The students' learning ability, practical ability, thinking ability and innovation ability were cultivated through the adjustment of the curriculum system, the reform of teaching syllabus, the optimization of teaching contents, the reform of teaching methods, the reform of teaching methods, the innovation project plan of university students, the training of mentors, and so on. Meanwhile, knowledge, ability and quality were improved. Through the exploration and practice, a large number of forestry characteristics of food professionals were cultivated, employment and graduation have been improved significantly.
