农村妇女参加“乳腺癌检查项目”情况及影响因素研究

Attending Situation and Influential Factors of Breast Cancer Check Programme among Women in Rural Areas

目的:调查了解陕西省农村妇女参加乳腺癌检查项目情况及其影响因素,为妇女常见肿瘤防治提供参考信息。方法:采用分层整群随机抽样选取项目区县800名35岁~64岁农村妇女为研究对象进行问卷调查,收集乳腺癌项目检查情况及影响因素资料,采用卡方检验和logistic回归分析方法分析影响乳腺癌项目检查情况的影响因素。结果:农村妇女受教育程度和家庭经济状况较差;农村妇女参加乳腺癌检查项目的检查率为51.38%,乳腺疾病检出率为21.41%,检出疾病参治率为63.63%,检查率、参治率较低;影响因素分析表明,年龄、婚姻状况、有乳腺疾病检查史等因素导致的参检率的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),年龄越大的农村妇女参加乳腺癌检查率越低,45岁~54岁、55岁~64岁农村妇女的乳腺癌检查率是35岁~44岁妇女的0.65倍和0.38倍;有乳腺疾病检查的妇女是没有进行检查的1.89倍。结论:陕西省农村妇女参加乳腺癌检查项目检查率较低,且年龄较大、家庭经济状况较差的农村妇女检查率更低。建议加强相关宣传教育工作,提高乳腺癌筛查率,以起到早诊早治疗的作用。

Objective To investigate the attending situation and their influential factors of breast cancer in rural areas of Shaanxi, providing the reference information to prevent and control common cancer in women. Methods A total of 800 subjects among 35 - 64 were collected by stratified multi - stage cluster sampling method. Questionnaire survey was conducted among these women and the result was analyzed by chi - square test and Logistic regression. Results The level of rural women＇ s education and family economic conditions is poor; The inspection rate of rural women to participate in the breast cancer check project is 51.38%, Breast disease detection rate is 21.41%, and the cure rate is 63.63%, that is to say, the inspection rate, and cure rate is low; Influence factors analysis showed that age, marital status, has a history of breast disease inspection and other factors has statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The older age of rural women to participate the project, the lower inspection rate of breast cancer. While, 45 to 54 and 55 to 64 year old rural women breast examination rate is 0. 65 times and 0. 38 times than 35 to 44 year old women; Women with breast disease inspection was 1.89 times than that without checking. Conclusion Breast cancer inspection rate is low, and low degree of culture, low family income, older rural women screening rate is lower than that. Suggestions to strengthen publicity and education work, increasing the rate of breast cancer inspection, in order to play a part in early detection and early treatment.
