糖尿病患者健康管理模式的研究进展

The Effect of Health Education and Self-management Model on Diabetes Mellitus:a review

糖尿病是一种复杂的终身性疾病,作为当前威胁全球人类健康的最重要的非传染性疾病之一,除了常规药物治疗,对糖尿病患者的系统管理是有效降低多种急慢性并发症的关键途径。文章从糖尿病健康管理模式的分类、健康管理内容、管理的有效性评价及展望4个方面对此领域研究进行综述。提出糖尿病最好的管理模式应该是团队式管理、个体化订制,管理重点在饮食控制与运动锻炼。未来糖尿病健康管理的研究重点在于探讨不同管理模式与不同饮食控制、不同运动锻炼方法的最佳组合。

Diabetes mellitus is a complicated chronic disease, and it is an important non - infectious disease which brings a huge threat to public health currently. Apart from regular drug treatments, diabetes self - management education （ DSME ） is an effective method in reducing the incidence ofacute and chronic complications. This article reviews researches in this field from four aspects： classification, contents, effectiveness evaluation and perspective in diabetes health management. We suggest that the optimal management model for diabetes patients should be facilitated by both team management and individual customizationin which the dietary control and exercise are critical. Future researches of diabetes health management education may mainly focus on investigating the optimal combination of different management modes with different dietary control and exercise habits.
