不同预处理方法强化抗生素废水剩余污泥厌氧消化实验研究 被引量:1

Study on Different Sludge Pretreatment of Waste Sludge from Antibiotic Wastewater for Enhancing Anaerobic Digestion

摘要 文章研究了微波组合工艺、热水解、臭氧3种预处理工艺对污泥厌氧消化强化效果。结果表明:微波组合工艺、热水解、臭氧3种预处理方法均可促使剩余污泥释放大量的SCOD,分别为原污泥的13.99倍,24.50倍和6.45倍,其中溶解性蛋白质分别比原污泥增加了31.21倍,38.83倍和8.17倍,多糖分别增长了28.60,28.18,6.45倍,污泥的SCOD/TCOD由原污泥的0.01分别提高到0.20,0.36,0.11。经过30天BMP实验,相对于对照组(原污泥),微波、热水解、臭氧预处理污泥的产气量分别为原污泥的2.11倍,2.86倍、1.64倍,有机物分解率分别为26.38%,39.28%和25.01%,高于原污泥的19.25%。污泥预处理工艺对于污泥溶胞效果及厌氧消化有良好的促进作用。 Three kinds of pretreatment technologies were adopted in this study, including microwave combination process, thermal hydrolysis and ozone pretreatment, to pretreat waste sludge from antibiotic wastewater for enhancing its anaerobic digestion. The results showed that all the three methods could make waste sludge release more SCOD, and were 13.99, 24.50 and 6.45 times of those without pretreatment soluble protein increased 31.21, 38.83 and 8.17 times, and soluble polysaccharide increased 28.60, 28.18 and 6.45 times, respectively. The SCOD/TCOD ratios of pretreated sludge were improved from original ratio of 0.01 to 0.20, 0.36 and 0.11 respectively. Through the 30d of BMP experiment, the methane production were respectively 2. I 1,2.86 and 1.64 times of that for control group, with VS reduction rates of 26.38%, 39.28%, 25.01% respectively, which were higher than that of control (19.25%). The sludge pretreatment showed significant efficiency for soluble organic materials releasing and enhancing anaerobic digestion.
