针对复杂物料的生活垃圾干式厌氧搅拌系统研究

摘要 搅拌是干式厌氧消化工艺中的关键设备,影响到整个系统成败的关键。文章首先对干式厌氧搅拌设备进行了模拟计算,搅拌轴的机械性能安全系数达到6.35,厌氧罐内的不同位置的流速在0.01 m·s^(-1)~0.6 m·s^(-1)之间,完全满足工程项目设计要求;并以北京沼气工程为例介绍了城市生活垃圾干式厌氧处理示范项目,处理规模50t·d^(-1),温度55℃,物料浓度28.6%,单位进罐垃圾的产气量达到93.65 Nm^3·t^(-1),甲烷含量在51.5%~64.3%之间,因此,干式厌氧搅拌设备的开发具有十分重要意义,有力地促进了干式厌氧技术在生活垃圾处理中的应用和发展。 Stirring equipment is the key equipment of anaerobic fermentation process, especially in dry anaerobic fermentation. This paper firstly made a simulated calculation for the dry anaerobic stirring equipment, and showed that the mechanical safety factor of the agitator shaft reached 6.35, flowing velocity of all space in the dry anaerobic tank were in the range of 0.01 m·-1 0.6 m ·s-1, meeting the design requirements for the project. And an anaerobic dry fermentation plant in Beijing treating municipal solid waste and adopting a stirring system was demonstrated with a fermentation concentration of 28.6% and treatment capacity of 50 t·d-1. Its operation temperature was 55℃ the biogas production reached 93.65 Nm3 ·t- 1, and methane content was 51.5 % -64.3 %. Therefore, the stirring system could effectively promote the application of dry anaerobic fermentation of domestic garbage.
