摘要 针对探究移动医疗与智能手机相结合的新模式,提出了一种基于视频的能够实时计算血液流速的测量方法。该方法通过利用手机摄像头采集指端视频,经过高斯平滑处理及下采样实现图像压缩,进而对压缩后的图像进行相邻两帧之间光流速度的计算;针对光照强度和运动速度变化较大的情况,提出了一种改进的光流算法。实验结果表明,该方法能方便、无创伤地检测出血液的实际移动速度,并可通过速度曲线反映出一个人的血管弹性的好坏。 Aiming at exploring the new mode of the combination of mobile medical and smart phones, this paper proposed a measurement method which could calculate the blood velocity in real-time based on the video.It captured the video of finger through the camera of the mobile phone, and implemented image compression by Gauss smoothing and down sampling, and further calculated the optical flow speed between adjacent frames of the compressive images.In addition, aiming at the big change of light intensity and movement speed, this paper proposed an improved optical flow algorithm.The experimental results show that this method can detect the actual speed of the blood conveniently and noninvasively, and it can reflect the quality of a person’s vascular elasticity by the velocity curve.
