摘要
在对比分析传统电脑横机控制系统的基础上,提出网络化电脑横机的思想,设计基于商用以太网的电脑横机网络控制系统的结构。针对设计的新型以太网型电脑横机控制系统,利用基于Matlab软件的Truetime工具箱建立了电脑横机传感器模块、计算机控制器模块、电磁铁模块、伺服电动机驱动模块和选针器模块的网络数据传输和控制模型,通过分析电脑横机控制数据在以太网传输过程中的时延和伺服电动机的响应特性,进一步明确了电脑横机以太网控制系统的结构和数据传输方法,为电脑横机设备进入"互联网+"时代奠定了理论基础。
Based on the analysis and comparison with traditional computerized fiat knitting machine control sys- tem, this paper proposes an idea of networked computerized fiat knitting machine, and designs a control system based on computerized knitting machine with commercial Ethernet network. For the new Ethernet computerized fiat knitting machine control system, taking advantage of Truetime toolbox of MATLAB software, the network data transmission and some control modules have been established, such as the computerized fiat knitting machine sen- sor module, computer controller module, electromagnet module, servo motor driver module and needle selection module. Through analyzing the time delay of the control data of the computerized fiat knitting machine in the pro- cess of Ethernet transmission and the response of servo motor, the structure and data transmission method of Ether- net control system of computerized fiat knitting machine are further clarified, which can lay a theoretical foundation for computerized fiat knitting machine equipment into the times of Internet plus.
