摘要 通过对传统毛衫工艺现状的分析,探讨在智能化生产趋势下针织毛衫工艺设计思路,提出一种新的毛衫工艺计算方法。以毛衫袖窿部位为例,依据服装裁剪制版方法优化毛衫衣片图,并对毛衫廓型曲线进行函数仿真,结合衣片给出的毛衫密度参数,计算毛衫收放针工艺数据;并与传统工艺进行对比,为毛衫廓型结构的合理化设计提出新的思路与基础。 Based on the analysis of the current situation of traditional sweater technology, this paper discusses the technological design idea of knitting sweater under the trend of intelligent production, and puts forward a new method of sweater process calculation. For sweater sleeve parts, according to the clothing cutting and plate making method, the sweater pieces are optimized, and the sweater profile curve is simulated by mathematical functions. Then the sweater narrowing and widening data are calculated combining with the sweater density parameters given by sweater pieces, and comparison is made to the traditional sweater technology. It provides new ideas and founda- tion for the reasonable design of sweater profile structure.
