摘要 生物质石墨烯内暖绒是基于生物质石墨烯开发的一种新型功能合成纤维材料。文中主要对生物质石墨烯内暖绒的透气性、保温性、抑菌性、升温速率等进行测试,并与市场同类品生物绒絮片做对比。结果表明,生物质石墨烯内暖绒具有较好的透气性、保温率,其压缩弹性率大于92%、保温率大于84%、透气率大于462 mm/s;生物质石墨烯内暖绒具有优异的抑菌性能,对金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌率大于99%、大肠杆菌抑菌率为99%、对白色念珠菌抑菌率为96%;相同克质量的生物质石墨烯内暖绒的升温速率及保暖性明显高于生物绒。 Biomass graphene inner-thermal flocculus is a new type of functional synthetic fiber based on the development of biomass graphene. In this paper, we mainly tested the permeability, warmth retention,antibacterial property and temperature rise rate of biomass graphene inner-thermal flocculuss, and compared with similar prod- ucts in the market of biological pile fabric. The results show that the permeability and thermal retention of biomass graphene are good, the elasticity is more than 92%, warmth retention rate is more than 84%, air permeability is more than 462 mm/s; Biomass graphene inner-thermal flocculus has excellent antibacterial property, the antibacteri- al rate of staphylococcus aureus and escheriehia coli are more than 99%, Candida albicans resistance is more than 96%; The heating rate and warmth of the same mass of biomass graphene were significantly higher than that of bi- ological pile fabric.
