摘要
采用葡萄糖水热法制备的碳微球(CMSs)作为阻燃剂,与聚丙烯(PP)熔融共混后制备了CMSs/PP复合材料。采用极限氧指数(LOI)仪、垂直燃烧仪(UL-94)、热重分析仪(TGA)、锥形量热仪(CONE)、电子万能试验机(EUT)等手段对该复合材料进行阻燃性能、热稳定性、力学性能等相关指标的表征和分析。结果表明,CMSs能有效提高PP的阻燃性能,并使PP的热稳定性与力学性能也有很大改善。
Carbon microspheres (CMSs) prepared by hydrothermal synthesis of glucose as a flame retardant agent, and CMSs/polypropylene (PP) composites were prepared from PP and CMSs by melting blending. The flame retardant properties, thermal stability and mechanical properties of the CMSs/PP composites were characterized by limiting oxygen index tester (LOI), vertical burningapparatus (UL-94), cone calorimeter (CONE), thermogravimetry analyser (TGA), electronic universal tester (EUT) and other methods. The results show that CMSs can improve the flame retardant properties effectively, the thermal stability and mechanical properties of PP.
