摘要
将粒径范围为20~30μm的碳酸钙晶须用硅烷偶联剂KH570表面修饰后与苯乙烯在引发剂的条件下进行聚合,最佳工艺条件:甲苯作溶剂,苯乙烯的用量为15%,聚合反应温度为60℃,反应搅拌速度为500 r/min,聚合时间为4 h。聚合碳酸钙晶须的接触角可达到106.4°,活化指数可达99.1%,聚合之后晶须粒子无团聚且晶须表面光滑平整,具有良好的疏水亲油性。
The calcium carbonate whisker with the particle size range between 20 and 30 p.m was modified by silane coupling agent KH-570, followed by the polymerization with styrene in the condition of initiator. The optimum technological conditions are obtained as follows: toluene as solvent, the styrene dosage of 15%, polymerization temperature of 60 ℃, reaction stirring speed of 500 r/min, and polymerization time of 4 h. The contact angle of aggregation calcium carbonate whisker is up to 106. 4°, activation index is up to 99. 1%. The whisker particles are not reunited after polymerization and the surface is smooth, with good hydrophobic and lipophilic property.
