摘要 采用熔融共混法制备了聚乙烯共混物,利用力学性能测试和TDS-GC/MS分析手段考察了吸附剂、萃取剂以及真空度对聚乙烯(PE)共混物力学性能、气味和挥发性有机化合物(VOC)的影响。结果表明,随着吸附剂、萃取剂和真空度的增加,PE共混物的气味和总挥发性有机物(TVOC)随之降低,而力学性能变化不大;另外,吸附剂含量的增加,PE共混物的吸湿性会随之增强;在PE共混物中,当吸附剂和萃取剂含量分别为0.5%、1.5%时,综合性能最佳。 The polyethylene (PE) blend was prepared by melt blending. The effects of adsorbent, extracting agent and degree of vacuum on the mechanical properties, odor and volatile organic compounds (VOC) of the blend were studied by mechanical property test, TDS-GC/MS analysis. The results show that, with the increasing of adsorbent and extracting agent and degree of vacuum, the odor and total VOC of PE blend are lowered, while the mechanical properties change little. In addition, with increasing the adsorbent content, the moisture absorption ability of PE blend improves. When the contents of adsorbent and extracting agent are 0. 5wt% and 1.5wt% , respectively, the comprehensive performance of the PE blend is the best.
