摘要 为了提高塑料焊接过程的稳定性,研究设计了温度反馈控制系统用于控制半导体激光器能量。该系统主要包括:半导体激光发生模块,激光器控制模块,红外温度探测模块及光学准直聚焦组件。通过红外温度探测模块对塑料表面温度实时测量,反馈到激光控制模块,对半导体激光发生模块的输出功率实时调节。采用该系统对塑料进行激光焊接测试,结果表明可以将焊接成品率达到98%以上。 In view of improving the stability of laser welding, the temperature feedback system was designed for controlling the energy of the semiconductor lasers. The system consisted of semiconductor laser generator module, laser controlled module, infrared detector module and optics module. Through the infrared detector module the temperature of the plastic in real time was tested, and then the feedback went to the laser control module, which regulated the power of the laser in real time. The system was used to test the plastic laser welding. And the results show that the welding the yield reaches over 98%.
