摘要
利用硫酸钡高熔点、高折射率特点,将其作为填充剂改性聚丙烯(PP)树脂,制备了硫酸钡/PP复合材料。研究了复合材料的相关物理机械性能、耐热性和表面光泽度。结果表明,在硫酸钡含量为20%时,复合材料具有较高的强度、耐热性和光泽度,能满足便携式发电机机油尺保护罩要求的耐热温度120℃,且高表面光洁度的使用性能要求。
Barium sulfate with high melting point and high refractive index was used as the filler to modified polypropylene (PP) resin, and the barium sulfate/PP composites were prepared. The mechanical properties, heat resistance and surface gloss of the composites were studied. The results show that the composites have high strength, heat resistance and gloss when the content of barium sulfate is 20%. The utility model can meet the requirements of the operating performance of high gloss, and the thermal insulation temperature of 120 ℃ for the protection of the oil ruler of a portable generator.
