Urbanization Development by Adjusting Measures to Local Conditions to Develop Plastic Industry

针对目前我国新疆地区城镇化发展的现状及问题,以塑料工业的发展为例,对其城镇化发展过程中出现的问题及对策进行了讨论。强调因地制宜、科学发展,采用塑料工业推进新疆地区新型城镇化建设。其发展战略为:坚持树立科学发展观和良好政绩观;促进城镇化规划力度,建立高质量城镇水平;推进产业建设;建立多元化经济制度,鼓励企业融资;政策加大投资,鼓励人才建设。

Aimed at the current situation and problems of urbanization in Xinjiang region with plastic industry as an example, the problems and countermeasures in the process of urbanization were discussed as well. The adjusting measures to local conditions and scientific development are the keys using the plastic industry to promote new urbanization construction in Xinjiang region. Its development strategies are as follows ： to set up the concept of scientific development ; to promote urbanization planning efforts and to build high quality town level; to promote the construction of industry; to build diversified economy system; toencourage enterprises to financing; to increase policy investment and to encourage talents construction.
