Epidemic Characteristics of HIV/AIDS Among Men Who Have Sex With Men From 2011 to 2015 in Sichuan Province

目的分析四川省2011-2015年男男性行为者(MSM)艾滋病报告疫情特点,为疫情研判及防治资源分配提供依据。方法分析艾滋病疫情网络直报中2011-2015年四川省男男性传播艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病患者(HIV/AIDS)的三间分布及变化情况。结果 2011-2015年四川省年度报告MSM HIV/AIDS数迅速增长,5年报告数占MSM HIV/AIDS总疫情数的80.8%。疫情分布广,地区差异大,以省会成都市及其相邻的绵阳市、德阳市3个市为主。MSM HIV/AIDS病例以15~29岁、高中及以上学历为主,商业服务、学生和干部职员较突出,检测咨询及性病门诊检出比例较高。学生病例以大专及以上为主,中学生占近1/3;校外以待业、商业服务、农民为主。结论 MSM艾滋病流行呈上升趋势,以15~29岁年龄段及自愿咨询检测(VCT)、性病门诊检出增长最快,中学生感染不容忽视。青年和学生人群应作为防治的重点,针对校内外的不同特点,有机结合性病防治和咨询检测等探索新的防制模式。

Objective To analyze the epidemic characteristics of H IV/AIDS among men who have sex with men （MSM） from 2011 to 2015 in Sichuan province. Methods Based on the Chinese HIV/AIDS network reporting information system, the distribution of MSM, MSM with HIV positive and MSM HIV/AIDS patients was ana- lyzed from 2011 to 2015 in Sichuan. Results Data from HIV/AIDS case reporting system showed that HIV/ AIDS positive of MSM increased rapidly from 2011 to 2015, which counted for 80. 8% in total HIV/AIDS MSM cases. In terms of location, most cases lived in cities as Chengdu, Mianyang and Deyang where economics were more developed. HIV/AIDS of MSM transmission showed the following obvious characteristics ： 15 ~ 29 years old （62.6%）, senior high school graduated or above （70.9%） , unmarried （73.5%）, work as com- mercial services （21.8%） , students （ 11.9% ） and cadres （7.9%）. Voluntary counseling and testing were 46. 3% and STD clinics were 14. 1%, which detected on higher proportion. Conclusion The proportion of HIV/AIDS transmission in MSM was on a rapid rising. The MSM students at 15 -29 years old should be paid more attentions, and voluntary counseling and testing should be strengthened.
