2009-2015年云南省手足病流行特征聚类分析

Cluster Analysis on Epidemiological Characteristic of Hand-foot-mouth Disease in Yunnan Province,2009-2015

目的分析2009-2015年云南省手足口病流行特征。方法用聚类分析方法对手足口病的发病时间、地区、人群和病原特征进行分析。结果手足口病发病集中在4~7月,EV71和CVA16发病高峰在5~6月,其他肠道病毒高峰在5月,发病率较高地区为滇西北和西双版纳,EV71和CVA16高发地区为昆明,其他肠道病毒高发地区为红;手足口病高发年龄段在1~4岁,EV71和CVA16高发年龄为1~3岁,其他肠道病毒高发年龄为1岁。结论云南省不同手足口病病毒分型存在时间、地区和人群间差异性。

Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of hand - foot - mouth disease （HFMD） in Yunnan Province from 2009 to 2015. Methods Occurrence time, areas, populations and etiological character- istics of HFMD in Yunnan province from 2009 to 2015 were analyzed by SPSS 22.0 to characterize its epidemio- logic feature. Results HFMD mainly occurred in April to July, incidence of EV71 and CVA16 peaked from May to June, while other enteroviruses peaked in May; areas with high prevalence included northwest Yunnan and Xishuangbanna; incident rates of EV71 and CVA16 were high in Kunming, while incident rates of other enteroviruses were high in Honghe. Incident rates of HFMD was high in children aged 1 -4 years old, incident rates of EV71 and CVA16 were high in children aged 1 -3 years, and incident rates of other enteroviruses were high in 1 -year -old children. Conclusion Different HFMD virus serotypes show temporal, regional and popu- lational differences in Yunnan Province.
