摘要 随着发电企业信息化的发展,企业内部常常会面对"信息孤岛""应用孤岛""资源孤岛"问题;并且随着智能电网和智能电厂的建设,需要在整体上实现电力流、信息流、业务流的高度融合和一体化、智能化,而实现这些都需要对电厂设备设施的信息模型进行定义与描述,即建立发电企业全景信息模型(PCIM),构建信息化与自动化融合应用基础。作者结合实际工作经验,研究了基于IEC 61970/61968 CIM的发电企业全景信息建模的思路与方法。 With the development of informatization in power generation company, some problems such as isolated information island and application island would appears quite often inside those companies. Meanwhile, the construction of smart grid and smart power plants demands a smart integration of power flows, information flows and business flow. Therefore to build the PCIM-a system which defines and describes equipment and facilities in power plants, is the foundation to construct an fusion application of inforamtization and automation. To combine work experience, author research the mentality and method of power generation company panoramic information modeling based on IEC 61970/61968 CIM.
