摘要 目前煤矿在用的防突仪器普遍存在重量较重、不便携带、操作繁琐、测定数据上传滞后和智能化程度低等问题。采用集成度高、体积小、功耗低的新型嵌入式微控制器和蓝牙模块,并利用其与防突智能分析终端进行蓝牙通信,设计研制了新型无线智能防突仪,再通过无线Wi Fi技术接入煤矿井下工业以太网进行数据上传。通过多种技术的融合,实现了防突参数在煤矿井下的便捷携带、测定、智能化以及数据管理与无线上传。提高了煤矿瓦斯突出参数测定效率和防突工作能力。 At present, there are many problems in coal mine Outburst prevention instrument, such as heavy weight, inconvenient carrying, complicated operation, complicated and tedious data measurement and low intelligence.
