摘要 我国模具制造行业的发展至今已有几十年,已取得一定的发展,然而伴随信息技术的不断发展,社会竞争日益激烈,产品存活时间缩短,制造周期长、成本偏高、制造过程繁琐的传统模具设计制造模式已不能满足市场发展要求,对其的的改革和创新已是必然趋势。模具云制造模式是一种新网络制造模式,实现了模具不同区域的协同生产制造,有效提高了软件资源和硬件设备的使用效率,减少了模具制造周期,推动了模具的研发进程,对我国模具制造行业的稳定可持续发展有重要意义。因此,本文基于模具设计和制造的发展现状,分析了模具云制造模式和特征,探讨了模具云制造的总体架构。 The development of China's mold industry has been for decades, has achieved certain development, but with the rapid de- velopment of information technology, the increasingly fierce competition of society, the survival time shortened,long manufacturing cycle, high cost, the traditional manufacturing process of mould design and manufacture complex model has been unable to meet the requirements of market development, the reform and innovation is an inevitable trend. Cloud pattern mold manufacturing is a new manufacturing mode of network, realizes the collaborative manufacturing production in different regions of the mold, effectively improve the efficiency of the use of software and hardware resources, reduce the mold manufacturing cycle, promote the mold development process, has important significance for the sustainable development of the stability of China's mould manufacturing industry. Therefore, based on the current situation of die design and manufacture, this paper analyzes the manufacturing mode and characteristics of the mould cloud, and probes into the overall framework of the mold cloud manufacturing.
