医院信息化管理中电子病历的作用及相关问题研究

Research on the role of electronic medical records in hospital information management

随着信息化时代的到来,我国医院也已步入信息化建设的队伍之中,医院业务流程得到了一定的创新和改革,推动了国内医院的全面发展。医院信息化管理是为了实现跨区域、跨地区医疗信息和技术的交互和共享,由此产生的电子病历及其管理在最近几年得到迅猛发展。基于电子病历对医院信息化管理的重要意义,本文先介绍了电子病历的概念和优势,再阐述了电子病历对医院信息化管理的作用,最后分析了电子病历发展存在的问题,以期为基于电子病历的医院信息化管理系统的构建贡献一份力量。

With the advent of the information age, our hospital has entered the ranks of information construction, the hospital business process has been a certain innovation and reform, and promote the comprehensive development of domestic hospitals. Hospital information management is to achieve cross regional, inter regional medical information and technology interaction and sharing, resulting in the electronic medical records and its management in recent years has been rapid development. The significance of hospital electronic medical records based on information management, this paper introduces the concepts and advantages of electronic medical records, and then expounds the electronic medical record on the role of hospital information management ,finally analyzes the existing problems in the devel- opment of electronic medical records, in order to construct a contribution to the hospital information management system based on electronic medical record.
