最近几年,虚拟现实技术发展迅速,已在社会各行各业普遍运用,且发挥着不可替代的作用。VR技术通过模拟现实世界中的事物和环境,让用户融入其中,直接观察事物特征和变化规律,和现实生活中的体验大致相同。虚拟现实技术在高校体育教学和训练中的应用是目前高校体育发展的主要趋势,能有效激发学生的感官认知和思维模式,对加强学生体育学习和训练效果有重要作用。因此,本文基于虚拟技术的必要性,对其在高校体育教学和训练中的应用展开深入分析,希望为高校体育发展贡献一份力量。

In recent years, virtual reality technology has been developing rapidly, has been widely used in all walks of life in society, and plays an irreplaceable role. VR technology by simulating the real world of things and the environment, let the user is blended in among them, direct observation characteristics and change law of things and experiences roughly the same in real life. Virtual reality technology in the application of colleges and universities sports teaching and training is the main trend of the development of sports in colleges and uni- versities,can effectively stimulate students＂ senses cognitive and thinking mode, to strengthen students physical education /earning and training effects play an important role. Therefore, this article is based on the necessity of the virtual technology, its application in the university sports teaching and training on the thorough analysis, hope to contribute the development of sports in colleges and universities.
