摘要
对含不同树脂芯砂的粘土砂强化再生技术进行了研究,发现对含不同树脂芯砂的粘土砂进行强化再生,可以提高其铸造工艺性能。含热芯盒、冷芯盒树脂芯砂的粘土砂适宜的强化再生工艺为"机械磨轮搓擦+微粉风选分离",其中机械磨轮搓擦3 min/次,微粉风选分离5 min/次,进行两次强化再生效果最佳,且强化再生砂混制热芯盒、冷芯盒树脂砂的抗拉强度明显高于完全再生砂和同种新砂。
In this paper, the strengthening reclamation technology of the complete reclamation sand from the used green sand containing different resin core sand was researched. The casting process properties of the complete reclamation sand were improved by using the strengthening reclamation. The suitable strengthening reclamation process of the complete reclamation sand from the used green sand containing hot box resin sand or cold box resin sand is as follow: 3 minutes per time of mechanical reclamation and 5 minutes per time of separation of micro-powder. The tensile strength of the hot core box resin sand or cold box resin sand mixed by the strengthening reclamation sand is better than the complete reclamation sand and the new sand.
