摘要 铸造高硼耐磨合金中的硼化物呈网状分布在晶界上,降低了该种材料的冲击韧性。为此,研究热处理、变质处理、冷却条件等方法对硼化物形态的影响。结果表明,采用添加钛变质结合高温热处理、增大冷却速度等方法,可以改善硼化物形态,使网状结构断开,有利于提高材料的冲击性能。 The boride in high-boron wear resistance alloy distributes at grain boundaries in the morphology of net-like structure, resulting in decreasing of impact ductility of the material. Different methods, including high-temperature treatment, alloy element modification and/or cooling condition are investigated to change the morphology ofborides. The experimental results show that among those treatments, adding titanium and then high-temperature heat treatment can change the shape of boride effectively. The morphology of borides is changed greatly with increasing cooling rate. After these treatments, the net-shaped boride is broken into isolated granular shape, so impact ductility of the high-boron steel increases.
