摘要
为了制备组织均匀、细小,性能优良的Cu-Ag合金试样,研究了有无强磁场条件下不同Ag含量的Cu-Ag合金的凝固组织和显微硬度。研究结果表明,强磁场下Cu-Ag合金的初生Cu枝晶变短,细化,共晶组织面积增加,片层间距减小,同时初生Cu枝晶内Ag含量增加,合金硬度下降。
To fabricate the Cu-Ag alloy sample with homogeneous, refinement solidification structure and high properties, in this paper, solidified structure and micro-hardness of different content Cu-Ag alloys were researched with and without high magnetic field (HMF3. The result show that the pro-eutectic Cu dendrites became shorter and refinement, area of eutectic increased, moreover, the inter-lamellar spacing of eutectic decreased with HMF, meanwhile, the Ag content increased and the micro-hardness decreased of Cu-Ag alloys.
