摘要 本系统采用两级稳压的方式,前级稳压芯片将高输入电压降至8.2 V左右,后级稳压采用低压差稳压芯片MIC29302。系统根据输入电压自动选择相应的稳压回路,从而保证电压控制精度、电压调整率和负载调整率。采用霍尔传感器检测漏电电流,当漏电电流超过30 m A时,能准确切断电源并发出报警。数字电路以单片机为核心,实现电压与电流的显示、故障报警、键盘数字给定。本系统功能完善,达到了各项设计指标。 The method of two-level voltage regulator is implemented in the system, the input voltage will be drop to around 8.2 V by the first voltage regulated chip, and MIC29302MC is taken as the second voltage regulated chip. The system automatically selects the corresponding voltage stabilizing circuit according to the input voltage, to ensure the voltage control precision, the voltage adjustment rate, and the load adjustment rate. Using Hall sensor to detect the leakage current, when the leakage current is more than 30 mA, the system is able to cut off the power supply and issue an alarm. The digital circuit unit is based on MCU. The display of the voltage and current,and fault alarm function are implemented. The system has comprehensive performance, and can satisfy all requirements.
