推进共享发展在地区层面体现为着力解决城乡差距、地区差距、贫富差距问题。重庆市围绕共享发展推出了一系列创新性的举措,形成了效率优先、兼顾公平的实践框架,在行政管理体制改革中处理好政府与市场关系,在经济社会发展中处理好效率与公平关系,在民生发展中处理好共富与共享关系,实现了城乡差距和地区差距的有效缩减,遏制了贫富差距扩大化的趋势。这为我国行政管理体制改革提供了有益的经验借鉴。

Promoting shared development at the regional level refers to making efforts to narrow the urban-rural gap, the regional gap, the gap between the rich and the poor. Since municipality directly under the central government, Chongqing has introduced a series of innovative measures about the shared development and formed a framework of efficiency first and fair consideration.
