摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定12种食品添加剂(苯甲酸、山梨酸、安赛蜜、柠檬黄、日落黄、觅菜红、胭脂红、赤藓红、新红、酸性红、诱惑红、罗丹明B)的方法。样品经前处理后,以甲醇-0.02 mol/L乙酸铵溶液梯度洗脱,采用紫外检测器检测,检测波长为240 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min。12种食品添加剂在0.5~30 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,回归系数都在0.999以上,方法加标回收率为93.1%~106.9%,相对标准偏差为1.4%~8.2%,检出限为0.07~0.63 mg/kg。
To establish an HPLC method to simultaneously determine 12 kinds of food additives in drinks ( benzoic acid, sorbic acid, arcelormittal honey, tartrazine, sunset yellow, amaranth, carmine, erythrosine, new red, azorubine, allura red, and rhodamine B ). The samples after pretreatment centrifugation, were gradiently eluted with methanol -0. 02 mol/L ammonium acetate solution and tested by UV detector: the wavelength of 240 nm, the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The 12 kinds of food additives had good linearity in the range of 0. 5 ~ 30 mg/L , regression coefficients were higher than 0.999, recoveries were 93.1% -106.9%, relative standard deviations were 1.4% -8.2% and detection limits were 0. 07 -0. 63 mg/kg
